Please note that the nominal capacity values specified for condensers are valid for R404A refrigerant gas at 25°C ambient temperature and 15K temperature difference.

The coils are manufactured with aluminium fins at a spacing of 2.1-2.5 mm and 3/8" and 1/2" copper tubes. All coils undergo a pressure test at 35 bar and are shipped with positive pressure after the test.

Our condenser cassettes are manufactured from galvanised steel to ensure corrosion resistance and painted with electrostatic powder paint. The standard colour used in our products is RAL7038.

The fans used in condensers are selected as Ø500-Ø630-Ø800 mm diameter, ZIEHL-ABEGG or equivalent. The permissible operating temperature conditions for fans are between -40°C and +50°C, and the thermal class is F.

It is recommended that fan motors are not started frequently (a maximum of six starts per hour is advised). If the condensers are not in use for extended periods, it is advisable to run the motors for a minimum of two hours each month. Fan motors are suitable for speed control, but standard cable connections are made according to single speed. All fan motors comply with IP 54 safety standards.
