Condenser nominal capacities are for R404A refrigerant gas at 25˚C ambient and 15K temperature differential.

Aluminium fins with 2.1-2.5mm fin spacing and 3/8` and 1/2` copper tubes are used in the coils. All coils are tested at a pressure of 35 bar and shipped with positive pressure after testing.

Condenser cassettes are manufactured from galvanised steel material for corrosion resistance and painted with electrostatic powder paint. RAL7038 is the standard colour used in our products.

Fans used in condensers are selected as Ø500-Ø630-Ø800 mm diameter, ZIEHL-ABEGG or equivalent. Permissible operating temperature conditions for fans are between -40°C and +50°C and the thermal class is F.

The fan motors must not be started frequently (a maximum of 6 starts per hour is recommended). If the condensers are not used for long periods, the motors should be run for at least 2 hours per month. The fan motors are suitable for speed control, but the standard cable connections are single speed. All fan motors comply with the IP 54 safety standard.
